ionCube Loader is not working

Hi,

I have installed ioncube 4 & enable ioncube 4 through easyapache 3 & it's enabled but when I try to install softaculous, I am facing the problem ioncube loader is not loaded. please enable it to continue the installation

Any suggestions?

Hi there,

Have you checked in your PHP.ini and made sure it's loaded there? What does your php.info page say?

Also, might be worth checking which PHP version is being loaded for your website. Thats a common error!!

Check all the above and let us know.

Have you enable Ioncube as the cPanel PHP Loader in whm tweak settings. follow the instructions in the installation documentation:
