How to limit the maximum file size allowed for upload to 1 GB only at file manager instead of showing the total account size?

In WHM, under Tweak Settings, there is a setting for "The maximum file size in MB allowed for upload through cPanel File Manager".

In fle manager there is no way to hide account size it will show up
