Post a DB to a shared hosting

Hello. How I can upload a DB 500 mb say to a shared hosting? No shell access. Is there any utility in php for it to function more or less well? the maximum size of file to import in phpmyadmin is 16 megs

Simply you can ask your hosting provider to help you with this and provide him the database. They will definitely help you with that upload.
