[ResellerClub] Directi name has been changed to Endurance International Group (India)

Hello All,

Today, I received an email from ResellerClub announcing that their company's new legal entity name has been changed from 'Directi Web Technology Private Limited' to 'Endurance International Group (India) Private Limited.' So, does this mean EIG now owns ResellerClub?
