how to backup your website automatically onto your local disk?

Hello,

If anyone here can guide me to a step by step and a safe way to transfer my cPanel backup from my hosting account to my local computer automatically, I want to move the newest and updated backup every week to my desktop. May someone help me accomplish this evasive task if you know how to do this on your computer.

If you are a reseller or a root user, then you can do this with WHMEasyBackup. WHMEasyBackup allows you to automate the backup process. Backups can be scheduled as often as you like and stored wherever you choose.
