Google cloud cPanel nameserver is not working

Hi,

I have deployed a cpanel on google cloud and create a whm account. I see the nameserver for pointing is already listed before I create an account. I changed that nameserver on my domain registrar, but after 48 hours nameservers are still not working.

Can anyone give a solution?

Are there also A records setup for the nameserver in DNS? If the nameservers do not respond properly to ping or dig, that will cause DNS resolution errors.

There could be a proxy in cPanel or Google that is blocking the deployment of the DNS record.
