Unable to upload large files in the cpanel file manager

Hello,

I have been trying to upload files through the file manager and whenever I upload a larger file it uploads and stops at 100%. Sometimes in the past, if I waited awhile it would stay at 100% for a few mins and then complete but now for larger files, it will not work at all.

Please check the errors in the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log file if you have root access. you can watch the error log in real-time while you upload the file by running the following command:

If you want to upload large files, I would suggest that you should use FTP. You can use FileZilla or WinSCP.

I fixed my upload issue. The issue with the FTP server was blocked passive ports.
