Fed up with bluehost downtime

My site is down, and bluehost says they have an error and are working on it. Several times in the last few weeks it's been down for a short period of time. What is the deal?

Can anyone else recommend a hosting company they are happy with? I was under the impression that cloud flare would keep a cacheable version of the site up, but that isn't the case.

I would suggest staying away from all EIG owned companies. Bluehost is one of them.

You may consider a small web hosting company, they will give you extra services for your website.

There is other ways to get better customer service. Have you tried small hosting business they usually give you better support

No offense but I my self was a blue host customer once and their service was top notch. Don't know if they were owned by EIG at that time but I was quite satisfied with their services.
