A few clients this morning are unable to access their emails via Outlook. They are different clients on different accounts. The server logs show that their IMAP login executes ok and immediately exits.
I have checked in the firewall, LFD, Exim, etc. & they are not blocked on any part of the server.
The clients say that they're unable to view their mailboxes in Outlook, and here is the outlook error message:
Outlook cannot connect to the folder inbox from the IMAP email server for the account
Is there anything we can do to fix things from the server end?
