Looking for entropay alternative

Hello,

I am looking for best entropay alternative. today i received email from entropay & they said, they no longer provide virtual Visa cards to people living outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) and to people living in Norway due to new restrictions imposed on card issuers.

please advice any other best virtual visa card provider. i was using entropay visa card with paypal.

Yandex money, neteller & ecopayz seems to be fair choice. In my view, neteller is preferable. it also depend on they allowed vcc in your country or not. like neteller does not offer Net+ virtual cards to Indian users.
