Budget reseller hosting needed under $15.00

Hello,

I want to host about 15 to 20 domains, but I would like to have the option of Unlimited Domains. Space anywhere between 20 GB to 30GB. I've seen quite a bit Hosting company charging $19.95 for such a package. I want to look at something around the $12 - $15 range, if possible.
