Google Adwords call disconnect within seconds

I have configured google adwords forwarding number in the search ad campaign. the problem is calls I get from the search ad campaign via google forwarding numbers get disconnected within seconds. I'm looking for suggestions on how I can fix it.

I suggest you to use the phone number without call forwarding for some time to check if it's Google forwarding number that's causing the issue or it's something else.
