This plugin is becoming very popular lately, combining ease of configuration and minimized files. But the same thing as the other cache plugins, do not clean your entire installation after turning it off and deleting it.
First of all, if you enabled the minimization of HTML and CSS files in your settings, before deactivating the plugin deactivates those options.
Then disable the cache, deactivate and delete the plugin, and follow this list to verify that it has been completely uninstalled :
As you will see, it does not leave as much crap as others because its cache system is based entirely on .htaccess rules.
