This plugin has become very popular lately, combining ease of configuration with minimized files. But as with the other cache plugins, do not clean your entire installation after turning it off and deleting it.
First, if you enabled the minimization of HTML and CSS files in your settings before deactivating the plugin, deactivate those options.
Then turn off the cache, deactivate and delete the plugin, and follow this list to verify that it has been completely uninstalled :
As you will see, it does not leave as much crap as others because its cache system is based entirely on .htaccess rules.
Of course, after deactivating it, it seems that the .htaccess lines are deleted from the orphaned lines left at the beginning.
