Hello,

Our IPs getting blacklisted by major email providers. We send only transactional emails with our billing system, and we never send bulk or promotional emails. Our provider told us we'd have to deal with it & we don't have any experience. Do we need to find a new provider? Please suggest how to fix IP reputation.

Thanks

I think it would be good to choose an SMTP service such as postmarkapp, SendGrid, or Mailgun.

Since its a billing a system that is sending the mails , you should opt for third party email service provider like Gsuite

Hi MilenaDok, make sure you have the correct MX records set and if your using a web hosting provider for the mail server, contact them and they should be able to help you resolve the issue.

    Hi MilenaDok,

To keep IP reputation clean make sure you have configured SPF, DKIM and DMARC Record for your domain. And also whenever you send an email I would recommended use only SMTP service.

For your systems sometimes it's better to sign up for an Amazon ses account. This is what we ended up doing just to make sure we get 99.99% delivery to our customers.

Sending out thousands of emails before using this started becoming a pain on our own email servers.

Ip reputation should be monitored and when blacklisted you send a request to be delisted .
