I have two small Wocommerce sites, and it's working fine till last month with my current host. Since last month, the sites have not performed well, even though I haven't changed anything and keep my sites updated. Now it's pretty much unusable. I can rarely log into my WordPress admin end, and for the majority of tries, the sites themselves won't even load, even when trying VPN on/off, switching IPs, trying different browsers, different locations, etc. It is hard to get ahold of tech support, so I'm just throwing my money away.
I want to say that there may be things within my site settings that are causing the problem, but I can't get ahold of my current provider to help me find them, so I'm unable to troubleshoot. I want to switch to a better customer service provider and migrate ASAP. It would be a great help if you could help me find my new hosting provider.
