How can i create a dedicated server, vps for hosting

I have 7 pc each with 2 gb of ram 320 gb of hard drive brand Intel. I want to create a dedicated server or vps for hosting .. My internet is 2 Gb ... What Software I have to install them .. !!!!

What is your upload speed? Home hosting are always a bad idea due to the obvious limitations of these facilities: low bandwidth, zero guaranteed uptime, no redundant power supply, etc., unless you are thinking of something like a hobby or learning

with 7 pc, Maybe you have a good base to start a Cyber Cafe instead of a hosting.
